Shipping & Refunds

Tecchnomec Roorkee India Private Limited endeavours to take all steps to deliver your order safely and in reasonable time. Usually, an order is shipped within 3 working days of receipt. We ship on all days of the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, we use good quality packaging and ship through reputed courier agencies only.

We deliver to all metros and major cities across India. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In order to avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders that need to be delivered to any pincode not serviced by our reputed courier partners.

Most orders are delivered within 7-12 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be done only to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

If you believe that you have received the product in a bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 95484 13115or email us at hellotriswastik@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. In case you have already taken delivery of the order and find that the food items are in an unsatisfactory condition after opening the package, please email us at hellotriswastik@gmail.com with photographic evidence within 24 hours of the package being delivered to your address. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

·       We don’t accept any returns once the order is delivered.

·       Refunds at Tri Swastik store, are subject to the following conditions -

·       If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.

·       If the product was damaged on delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product.

·       If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete.

·       Tri Swastik reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.
